Insurance Info

It is our belief that every person deserves quality counseling, regardless of their financial resources or insurance coverage. That is why we offer a sliding fee scale, as well as accept most major insurance plans and/or EAPs.
Sliding Fee Scale

If you do not have insurance, or your insurance does not cover mental health services, we offer a sliding fee scale option. Your fee will be determined by two factors:

1) your combined annual household income and 2) the number of people in your household dependent on that income amount. Your sliding fee scale amount will be determined in consultation with your counselor.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP):

Many employers allow a set number of counseling sessions per year (typically 3 – 8 sessions) that are covered through an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) at no cost to you. Your human resources department can direct you to your EAP provider, they will take you through their intake process, and then they will send authorization paperwork to us.

Insurance:

Many insurance plans offer mental health coverage. Plans can vary from person to person, which will determine what your copay (your contribution) will be. We accept most major insurances and are happy to check your benefits to find out what kind of coverage you have. Some plans also include out of network benefits.
