I believe I was called to help people find freedom and healing to live free. I don’t want my clients, my staff, or my colleagues to focus on me, I am one servant of others among many.

Sometimes it's not getting out of the rain but embracing it and learning our to enjoy the changes and manage the consequences. We all have times in our lives when we could use someone to listen and not judge.

If you’re dealing with stress, struggling with fears, or facing depression, my hope is to provide a safe place to talk, support for difficult struggles, help in sorting out distorted thinking, and accepting what you cannot change.
What To Expect

The work done in therapy is done as a partnership, an alliance. The nature of counseling often feels different from the rest of life; because, counseling always involves a safe space, created to be objective, confidential, and stable so that clients may work through life’s challenges without distractions. The work of counseling may take several different contexts. Individual counseling puts clients one-on-one with a counselor, group therapy gathers several clients together with a counselor, couple’s therapy and family counseling will place multiple people and relatives in various scenarios with a counselor. All ages can benefit from professional help.
