I have provided group, individual, and family therapy for a diverse population in a variety of age ranges. My main passions are nested in anxiety, depression, and trauma, with an emphasis on perinatal mental health.
My goal is to meet you where you are — not to judge where you have been. Reaching out and talking to someone is an act of bravery and self-love that tells me you are ready for true healing…for you and the people you care about as well. I would love to walk with you through the process.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from McKendree University (2014) and my master’s degree in professional counseling from Lindenwood-Belleville University (2017).
